Inside Wall Street Report (IWSR) is a financial website designed for individual investors that invest part of their equity portfolios in microcap stocks. IWSR works with advertisers and marketing firms that develop long term market awareness programs for micro stocks that have little to no research coverage by an independent equity research firm or a traditional investment bank.

We feature microcap stocks on a regular basis and provide our members with information and relevant news about particular stocks. We also provide our members with information on similar stocks in that sector that are either close in market cap size or companies trading on more senior exchanges in the same sector. This information allows our members to make a comparative analaysis and can help them do more research to determine if our featured stocks make sense in their portfolios.

We do not provide investment advice whatsoever. However, we do attempt to help our members gather additional research, financial models, data, news, and other tools that can assist them in making their own financial decision or collaborate with their financial advisors. Additionally, we do not make financial estimates on how any particular stock will perform over the next 6, 12, or 24 months. We attempt to find the stock that have the ability to attract institutional investors and institutional research coverage over those periods of time.
